Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery is estimated at 6–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs £1.99.

We offer free standard shipping on orders of £50 or more.

Any applicable shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order processing

Once your order has been placed, it will be processed for fulfilment. You will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

When tracking information is available, it will be provided by email or through your order details.

Multiple packages

Some orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled separately and therefore arrive in more than one package. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because an order is delivered in multiple packages.

Delivery delays

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@keebstech.co.uk and we will assist you.

Incorrect addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate when placing your order. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at support@keebstech.co.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered fulfilment.

Lost, damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, you receive an incorrect item, or you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at support@keebstech.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue so that we can investigate and help resolve it.
